Terms
These terms apply to Pay Boost Mobile and to anyone who uses this website.
Acceptance
Using the site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not join the waitlist and do not submit a payment.
The service
Pay Boost Mobile offers a page where you can request a one-time credit toward a US prepaid mobile number. It is not a wireless carrier and it does not sell phone service. It does not sign you in to a carrier account, and it cannot change a plan.
Card payments are closed until we say otherwise on this site. Joining the waitlist does not create a charge and does not post a credit.
Your responsibilities
You must be allowed to pay the number you enter. You must enter it carefully. You must not use the site for fraud, for a number you are not allowed to pay, or to test stolen cards.
Fees
The fee is described only on the Fees page and is calculated on our server. A promo code applies only if the server accepts it, and it reduces the fee, not the credit. The fee after a promo is still at least one dollar.
Payment processing
When card payments are open, card data is handled by a PCI-compliant processor’s hosted fields. You authorize the total shown on the review step. We may refuse an order that fails validation, rate limits, or the processor’s checks. This install does not capture a live payment.
Account credits and refunds
A credit is posted only through a licensed partner. If a payment is captured and the credit is not posted, the charge is refunded. That rule is also on the refunds page. We do not promise that a credit will appear within a set time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for a carrier outage, a wrong number you confirmed, or indirect losses. Some states do not allow these limits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where state law applies, the state where the company keeps its principal place of business. A non-waivable consumer law still applies if it must.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new effective date. A payment uses the terms posted when you pay. A waitlist signup uses the terms posted when you join.

Privacy
Pay Boost Mobile runs this site. This notice describes the information used to run a waitlist and, when card payments are open, a guest payment.
Who to contact
Privacy requests go to the contact form. Do not include a card number.
Information we collect
On the waitlist we collect an email address. It is encrypted at rest. We also store a keyed hash so a repeat signup can be recognized without a second readable copy.
When card payments are open, a payment request adds the mobile number, the credit amount, an optional promo code, and the IP address used for rate limits. The mobile number and receipt email are encrypted. We keep a keyed hash so an order lookup can match the email or the last four digits of the number.
Card number, security code, and expiry are not fields on this site. If payments open, those values would be entered only in the payment processor’s hosted fields. We would receive a processor reference and, when the processor provides them, the card brand and last four digits. We do not receive or store the security code.
The contact form collects a name, an email, a topic, and a message.
Why we use it
We use this information to keep the waitlist, to price an order, to take a payment when charging is open, to send a receipt, to look up an order you ask about, to ask a licensed partner to post a credit, to limit abuse, and to answer messages. We do not sell personal information.
Processors
Payment processor: named in the server configuration only when card payments and processor keys are both enabled. The processor would receive the card data, the amount, and the receipt email. This WordPress build does not enable that capture.
Top-up partner: not connected. When one is connected, that partner would receive the mobile number, the credit amount, and the order reference.
Hosting: the company that serves this website.
Live chat: tawk.to, only after you accept functional and support cookies. tawk.to may collect chat messages, an email if you provide one, your IP address, and device information, so support can answer you. Decline in the cookie banner and the chat script is not loaded. Do not send a card number, security code, or password in chat.
We do not load advertising or analytics scripts. The live chat script loads only after that cookie choice.
Retention
Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or until we no longer need them to send a notice that payments have opened. Order records, once any exist, are kept for finance and dispute handling.
Your requests
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. We may need enough detail to find the record, and we may refuse a request where the law requires us to keep it.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Pay Boost Mobile is an independent payment service. We are not a wireless carrier and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any carrier.
