Fees
A service fee of 3.5% of the account credit plus $0.50 is added before you pay. The fee is at least $1.00. Promo codes, when valid, reduce the service fee only. The amount applied toward the wireless account is the amount you enter.
Account credits must be between $5.00 and $500.00. Credits outside that range are rejected.
The variable part of the fee is 3.5% of the credit, rounded to the nearest cent, plus $0.50. If that sum is under $1.00, the fee is $1.00.

WELCOME10 takes 10% off the service fee only, while the code has uses left. It does not reduce the amount credited to the phone.
A browser cannot set the fee. Checkout charges the total stored on the order.
