What if I want help with a payment?

Use Contact or the support button. Have the order reference from your receipt. We can see the order status. We cannot see a full card number.

What happens if the account credit does not go through?

If the payment is captured and the credit cannot be posted, we refund the charge. A simulated local payment is marked refunded in the demo ledger and no card is involved.

How is my payment processed?

The amount, fee, and total are calculated on our server. Card details are entered only in our payment processor’s hosted fields. We store the processor’s reference, card brand, and last four digits.

What if I do not have an online account with my provider?

Guest pay is for that situation. You still need a working US mobile number that a licensed top-up partner can credit. Until that partner is connected, a live credit is not sent.

The site can take a payment at any hour. Posting to a wireless account depends on the partner and the provider, and it is not guaranteed to be instant.

I have an issue with a credit. What should I do?

Track the order with its reference plus the receipt email or the last four digits of the mobile number. If the status is not what you expect, contact support with that reference.

Can I pay someone else’s phone account?

Yes, if you are authorized to pay that account. You need the mobile number twice, so a typo is less likely, and an email where the receipt should go.
