Independent service

Northline is an independent payment service. We are not a wireless carrier and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any carrier. Carrier names are not used as the brand, and no carrier logo is shown.

Fee

A service fee of 3.5% of the account credit plus $0.50 is added before you pay. The fee is at least $1.00. Promo codes, when valid, reduce the service fee only. The amount applied toward the wireless account is the amount you enter.

Licensing

Taking money in order to pay a third party’s wireless account can be regulated as money transmission or as activity that must be done as an authorized agent. Northline Guest Pay, LLC is a placeholder entity. The operator must confirm, with counsel, that a license or an agency agreement is in place before accepting real payments from the public.

Company details are placeholders

The legal name, Wilmington address, support email, and 555 phone number are stand-ins in the brand configuration. Replace them with the operating company’s details before launch.

Demo payments

Without processor keys, a local site can record a simulated payment. The receipt says no card was charged and no wireless account was changed. Do not describe a simulated credit as a completed refill.
